The Reframe
Hecate was never a goddess waiting at the crossroads. She was always a mirror for what you already carry.
For thousands of years, humans have externalized what they couldn’t yet hold internally. We created archetypes — goddesses, myths, figures at the threshold — not because the divine was out there, but because we hadn’t yet built the nervous system capacity to recognize it in here.
Hecate became the goddess of the crossroads because we needed somewhere to put the part of us that could remain conscious while everything dissolved. The part that could stand in the dark between what was and what’s coming and not abandon itself in the in-between.
That capacity isn’t supernatural. It’s somatic. It’s psychological. And it lives in you waiting to be developed.
This immersion teaches your nervous system what it actually feels like to stay conscious while moving through uncertainty, identity death, and transformation. Without abandoning yourself in the process.
